I had a mixed experience at Novotel Suites Hannover. The location was fantastic, right across from the central bus station and close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. However, the noise level at night was quite disruptive, as I could hear loud commotion outside my window. While the service was pleasant and helpful, the room could use some updates and better housekeeping. Overall, I appreciated the breakfast and the staff's efforts but faced significant issues with noise and the room's condition.
Rooms

The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities, but it needed updates. The carpet was dirty, and some lights were not functioning. The noise from the street was quite loud, especially at night.
Service

Staff were friendly and helpful, but I did notice a lack of smiles and warmth in their interactions. The cleaning staff were particularly kind, especially towards my children.
Location

The location is amazing, just next to the main train station and bus station, making it easy to get around the city. However, this comes with the downside of being quite noisy at night.

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection, but the price felt a bit steep. There weren't many dining options for dinner, so I needed to go out or order in.
Facilities
7.0
Housekeeping could improve, yet the overall facilities were adequate, with useful amenities like a microwave and a comfortable bathroom. I enjoyed the welcome drink and the grocery shopping service was a great touch.

I had a mixed experience at Novotel Suites Hannover. The location is super convenient, just across from the central bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. However, I found the staff's customer service lacking and my room had some issues like a broken shower head. Overall, it’s a decent place for its value, but it definitely needs some improvements in service and room maintenance.

My room layout was spacious with a queen-size bed and a sofa that could turn into a bed. However, the overall condition felt dated and there was an unpleasant smell upon arrival.

The reception staff were not very welcoming, which was disappointing. I felt a lack of customer-centric service, especially during my check-in experience.

The location is excellent, right next to the main train station and a short walk to the city center. It really made getting around a breeze.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and on the pricey side. I wish there were more diverse local dining options available nearby.

The hotel had basic amenities and a small gym. However, there were no facilities like a restaurant or room service, which I found a bit inconvenient.

6.6/10
My stay at Novotel Suites Hannover had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and clean, but it was also noisy from the street below, making it tough to sleep. The location was great, being close to the main station and city center, but I expected better dining options and some basic amenities in the suite that were lacking.
Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and nicely sound-proofed, but it lacked essential amenities like cutlery and plates as a suite typically would. The bedding was comfortable, but the impression was somewhat marred by some dust and vague upkeep issues.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and courteous, quick to fetch anything I needed. However, I expected more proactive support given the hotel branding.
Location

The hotel's location near the main station was really convenient for exploring the city. However, the area felt a bit sketchy at night due to the noise and activity on the streets.
Dining

Breakfast had a decent selection, but I felt it was on the expensive side and could have used more variety. Plus, the lack of dining options within the hotel was a letdown.
Facilities

Facilities like housekeeping and grocery shopping services were available, but some basics were missing, which added to my dissatisfaction.

During my recent stay at Novotel Suites Hannover, I found the location to be excellent, situated right across from the central bus and train stations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with useful amenities like a kitchenette. However, the experience was marred by a lack of housekeeping diligence and somewhat disengaged staff. Overall, I'd rate my stay as decent but not really good.
Rooms

The room was spacious, featuring a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, and fridge, which was very useful. However, I noticed the carpets were outdated and had a lingering smell. It felt like stepping into a time capsule from the '80s.
Service

While the staff was friendly during the night shift, I felt that their overall attitude lacked a customer-centric approach. They didn't make an effort to engage or acknowledge my Accor loyalty status.
Location

The hotel's location is superb, just steps away from the main train and bus stations. This made getting around Hannover very convenient, although I did feel a bit uneasy walking around the area at night.
Dining

The breakfast offered was quite limited and felt overpriced for what was available, though I did enjoy the quality of the fresh food provided each morning.
Facilities

The facilities included a small gym that's open 24/7, which was nice, but the housekeeping left much to be desired.
